To Tension Banding

N/A Insert the end of the banding through slots in the tool nose and the mandrel. Slide the tool forward so that the nose approaches the buckle or wing seal. Squeeze the handle to rotate the ratchet wheel attached to the mandrel. As the banding tightens, it winds around the mandrel. When the banding is tight, rotate the tool over the buckle or wing seal. Push the lever forward to cut the banding. Slide the excess banding off the mandrel.
