Insert the end of the banding through the slot in the tool nose and between the gripper plate and gripper lever. Slide the tool forward so that the nose approaches the buckle or wing seal. Rotate the handle to draw the banding through the buckle. When the banding is tight, rotate the tool over the buckle or wing seal. Push the lever forward to cut the banding |
